How do you know what you're doing with the white crayon? I can never keep track of what I draw...

It's not done wit crayon. Its's dyed with onion and scratched with paperknife.
And how I know what I'm doing... well, years of experience.

dry,thin paper-like covering that protects onion's fleshy leaves are brown, and known as natural dye for eggs in our country.
